The full range of HIGHEVER products provides three-year warranty responsibility, including Bluetooth system equipment, product material quality, etc.
The warranty start date is the confirmed receipt date.
The scope of warranty is limited to orders with purchase records on Amazon、Walmart、and our official site.
For purchases made through HIGHEVER’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

2. Quality Assurance Assessment Qualification

If the quality problem has not been confirmed, the purchaser needs to return the product to HIGHEVER's designated location to confirm quality issues. When applying for a warranty, please provide the product warranty card. Once approved, HIGHEVER will provide warranty services as soon as possible.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee to expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim.
